The Thrifty Quilter explains a system for pre-cutting scrap fabrics (I do it as soon as I finish a project) and gives you 80 blocks you can build in two sizes each, with just three pieces...a large square a small square and a rectangle. You'll be able to design and make hundreds of quilts using mostly leftover fabric!
