What We Do

I have been making quilts since 1974, designing nearly as long, and have been teaching professionally since 1992.

Many of my original patterns were designed to teach various tools and techniques.

In 1999, I began hosting an annual one-day retreat on International Quilter's Day, for which I design a twin-size quilt top that can be completed in one day.

After years of resolutions to begin publishing commercially, 2007 was the year it happened, thanks to Ann Anderson of QuiltWoman

What's New?

October, 2009

Join the 350 Project today and help your local small businesses (including your favorite quilt shop!) survive in this tight economy. Here's the deal: Think of the locally-owned small businesses in your community. Pick the three you would miss the most if they weren't there anymore, then do your best to spend at least $50 a month in each of those businesses. 3-50, simple as that. Oh, and spread the word. For more information, you can go to: www.350project.net

May, 2009 Three new patterns debut at Quilt Market in Pennsylvania. If you don't find these patterns at your favorite quilt shop, you can order online at www.quiltwoman.com
